Leadership - Alexander Hamilton

What Makes A Leader? - Alexander Hamilton

For Social Studies it was required we completed a paragraph on someone that we viewed as a leader and had the characteristics and qualities of one. We each researched on great leaders and I chose Alexander Hamilton for mine - Not only was Alexander Hamilton a statesman, politician, legal scholar, military commander, lawyer, banker, economist and one of the founding fathers of the united states but he was a good leader and displayed the following qualities in leadership.
He was charismatic, confident and outgoing which led him to forming close friendships with others and develop a following of people. (Helping him influence people).
Alexander worked hard to get to where he was, he didn't use loopholes or cheat to get to his highest points (Conscientiousness).
He was ambitious, he knew exactly who he wanted to be and what he wanted to accomplish in life and didn't get too ambitious. He was a very honest man, as proven by how people that knew him or were close with him often said the same things, which of course included; honesty.
He worked for the good of his nation and made many compromises and sacrifices for his work to ensure he bettered the united states.
-This is why I feel Alexander Hamilton was a good leader
